Woods & Co Recruitment are inviting applications for 5 x Education Sales Consultants to help grow the team at South Yarra based online education provider.

An exciting opportunity to join this business, we are seeking driven, hardworking, goal orientated go-getters who want to help get this operation up and running! If you are a customer focused, solution chasing team player, we highly encourage reading on.

Talking through different career options and pathways with potential students through a range of industry accredited short courses, you will find out what drives & motivates these individuals and what their future career goals are before using your previous sales experience to guide them down the right path.

The Role?

Chatting with potential students about a wide range of industry accredited short courses and helping them decide which is best for themselves & future endeavours
Working with the potential student right up until they have completed enrolment in their chosen course
Make a high volume of outbound calls whilst also handling inbound enquiries
Carry out all tasks outlined by management in a timely and efficient manner
Carry out any potential follow up needs of students who have enrolled through the business What’s in it for you?

$50k + Super + Commissions
January 4th Start
South Yarra location – avoid the CBD commute!

Education sales training provided
Monday – Friday rotating roster between 9am – 7pm (occasional Saturday shift) What do you need?

Previous education sales experience will be highly regarded
Previous phone-based sales experience
Proven ability to hold mature conversation showing your capability of showing empathy and high levels of customer care
Excellent written & verbal communication
