As a division of Europes leading Respiratory Healthcare Provider we are expanding our Australian Business and have just opened our 6th dedicated clinic in NSW. Due to internal promotions we need talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.This is a full time role working in a team based environment, where you will have the opportunity to apply your communication and customer skills.

The position will involve the retail sale of medical devices to patients that have been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. Your primary responsibility will be to provide specialised equipment and continued support to our customers. The aim is to maximise the clinical benefit of their therapy and improve the quality of life of patients affected by obstructive sleep apnoea.

We have Sydney covered with stores in the North (Dee Why), South (Miranda), East (Bondi Junction), West (Parramatta) and regional locations including Port Macquarie and Canberra. This position will suit somebody wishing to work in the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

Delivering an exceptional customer experience through a hands on and enthusiastic approach
Retail Sale of CPAP equipment and accessories
Have an uncompromising desire to help people out – from helping them to choose the best cpap machine, through to tracking down their parcel or quickly processing their online order
Answering and handling telephone enquiries
Process and dispatch of customer orders

The Requirements;

The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude.

A background in customer service and retail sales will be highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will need to have a professional approach for liaising with customers and healthcare professionals

Have an excellent telephone manner for handling support calls and sales enquiries

You will have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Know your way around a computer,

You are ethical, honest and professional.
