We are looking for an Executive Assistant to make valued contributions to our Iron Ore Health Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) Division, working Monday to Friday at our Perth Central Park premises.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner to the Vice President HSEC, and will play an important role in the optimisation of work schedules, anticipating and addressing needs in advance while filtering priorities to improve effectiveness and productivity.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, resourceful and adaptable individual to take on a varied and challenging role where you’ll have the opportunity to positively impact the success of the executive and make a great impression on key contacts. This is a high profile role, which will most certainly satisfy your appetite for learning and enjoyment of tackling new challenges. You’ll be supported in exploring and driving new initiatives and special projects, and ultimately become an invaluable asset to the division.
What you’ll bring
As a strategic and savvy professional, you find it second nature to multitask, think on your feet and anticipate needs ahead of time. With your extensive experience, you’re able to manage complex calendars and schedules with ease, maintaining confidentiality when appropriate.
Our Vice President HSEC, is an executive with a fast paced calendar and a portfolio that is critical to the success of our business. You will need to enjoy working in this fast-paced setting and demonstrate effective communication and collaboration. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills will see you become a highly valued team member.
Certification in business administration or similar whilst not essential, will be well-regarded.
