Masta Scaffold Melbourne is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team.

Working to your strengths you will have the following responsibilities –

• Estimating and proposal writing

• Reviewing project drawings and specifications to determine scope of work and materials needed.

• Research and sourcing suppliers and materials

• Collaborate with customers/project managers to ensureaccuracy and timely delivery of estimates and proposals.

• Participate in site visits and inspections as needed.

• Accurately record information in CRM

• Report activities and contribute to weekly team meetings.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in construction regulations and standards.

You will have the following skills and attributes –

• Computer skills – proficient at using CAD or similar andMS software like Word, Excel

• Knowledge of height safety preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret plans.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with and team.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Familiar with the Melbourne Metro area

• Construction Induction Card

• Working With Children’s Card (required to access schools for site measures)

This is a part-time flexible role with up to 30 hours per week, initially 9am – 5pm 3 days a week. The pro-rata salary will be based on experience and the start date is June 5th.
