Job Description

We are a 34 place long day care centre, educating and caring for children from 6 months to school age.

We run an integrated Kindergarten Program within the child care setting.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated trainee educator to join our team.

Our centre is fully accredited with receiving EXCEEDING in Staff and Relationships and Relationships with Children (National Quality Standards).

The trainee will be mentored by experienced Educators in all areas, whilst undertaking their required studies to achieve a Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• The studies may be seen as a stepping-stone from a Diploma to a Bachelor Kinder Teacher, to Primary Teaching – meeting all criteria.

The successful applicant will need to meet the traineeship criteria to be eligible to apply for the position. Mature candidates are also encouraged to apply.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship, you must have appropriate Australian or New Zealand Working rights.

You must meet the following criteria:
