Full Time Early Childhood Educator
Led by not-for-profit organisation Child Australia, and proudly funded by BHP, Thriving Futures can support locals seeking to enter or re-enter the early childhood workforce.
We are working with a number of childcare centres in Port Hedland who can offer you full or part-time permanent roles.
We will pay for your training to support your studies towards a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
This is an excellent opportunity to help you pursue a rewarding career and make a real difference to children’s lives.
Once you are enrolled on a formal training course and have commenced working within one of the centres, you will also be supported by our mentoring program. This will ensure you are given continuous support during your employment and studies.
If you live in the Hedland region (or are moving there with a view to stay long term), we’d love to hear from you.
We encourage expressions of interest from candidates in the following categories:
- Local Indigenous applicants
- High School Leavers
- Parents looking to return to the workforce
- Mature age workers looking to re-enter the workforce
- Candidates looking to switch career pathways from another sector
This opportunity is too good to miss! Our friendly team at Thriving Futures would love to have a chat with you.
