Job Description

Multi-Talented Engineer
We are a small specialised company, distributing process equipment and looking to expand.

We intend to grow the business, and need a flexible, multi-talented engineer interested in helping develop and market new products in the water industry, particularly in the filtration and aeration areas.
As a small business we are flexible, but also need someone who can multi-task, from preparing technical sales proposals, selling and shipping spare parts, to site commissioning in sometimes remote locations.

Duties can also include procurement/project management for new machines, as well as spare parts for our existing customer base. Challenges include launching new products, sales presentations to other engineers, contract negotiations with heavyweight customers.
Pleasures can include seeing our equipment exceed expectations, and being part of a company growth trajectory.

Desirable skills:
Mechanical/Process/Chemical engineering background
Good writing, communication and inter-personal skills
Project engineering experience
Flexibility to handle a wide range of tasks
Experience in the water industry

Location is Hornsby, so it is also accessible from the Central Coast. There is a bus to the door from Hornsby station in the morning and afternoon.
