This role is based from our Head Office in Southport on the Gold Coast.

We have an exciting position within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Distribution team.

The primary focus of this role is to provide excellent customer service, administration and actively support new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to high volume incoming enquiries via phone and email.
Outbound 50 calls a week.
Manage enquiries from start to finish.
Build relationships with staff and customers.
Support the Sales Department.

Ability to quickly build client rapport.
Products and services selling skills.
Well-developed time and organisation skills to succeed in a high-volume environment.
Positive attitude, and personal integrity.
Excellent written, verbal (and listening) communication skills.
LOVES NEW TECHNOLOGY.
Highly motivated by achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and ability to innovate processes and systems.
Well-developed skills in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
Willingness to become a valued member of a vibrant and energetic team.

This is a full-time role with an immediate start. Hours of work are Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm.

The successful candidate will be trained in our product range and systems, but general knowledge of connectivity required.

Commission and bonuses will be paid on achieving targets in addition to the base wage.
