About the Role:

As a CNC Operator & General Factory Machining Technician, you will be in-part responsible for the day to day operation and management of a CNC Multicam Routering Machine (details of the machine will be provided to the right applicant upon contact). You will be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and quality assurance processes associated with our production activities on our CNC Machine, along with the adjoining design software Enroute. The successful applicant will be responsible for the operation and management of the CNC Multicam Routering Machine (along with Buildonix management teams and factory staff) for a variety of different production requirements associated with our larger operational activities.

You will also be involved in a variety of hands on production processes for Buildonix manufacturing activities based on your skills and experience.

The proposed salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 + Superannuation (depending on applicant’s knowledge and experience).

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Advanced knowledge and training in the operation of a Multicam CNC Machine , and the ability to demonstrate currency of knowledge.

Demonstrable experience in the use of Enroute Design with a CNC Routing Machine.

Excellent general computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project.

Experience in and knowledge of wider manufacturing process flows and activities within related industries

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously whilst following instructions.
Maintain confidentially in a sensitive environment.

Ability to understand and work within a broader business objective, supporting relevant Senior Management Team where necessary.

Buildonix is seeking a highly skilled and versatile all rounder who has a wide range of skills and experience in the manufacturing industries. This person will have extensive hands on fabrication experience, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in the operation of a variety of different production machines in the manufacturing industry.
