Job Description

The Minders is Melbourne’s leading property maintenance group, providing specialist caretaking services to the Owners Corporations sector, providing superior levels of service to property managers and owners.

We are now recruiting for experienced Gardener and Property Cleaners to service Body Corporate and Commercial facilities throughout Melbourne.

To be considered for the role, individuals MUST:

have previous gardening and facilities cleaning experience.
be hard-working, punctual, reliable and well presented
be able to drive a manual vehicle
possess basic IT skills to receive and respond to emails, and complete basic reporting and job updates,be able to work unsupervised
have current or be able to successfully apply for a Police Check and Working with Children clearance.

The position will require you to service properties throughout the Metro Melbourne area according to a scheduled roster. A company vehicle, equipment and uniform will be provided.

Working hours approx 7.30am and 4.00pm (Mon-Fri). This role is considered ‘essential service’ therefore candidates will be required to provide proof of Covid vaccination as mandated by the Victorian government.
Salary $55K-$59K including super (subject to experience).
