We are looking for a mix of perm/casual staff to join our call centre
Can you navigate multiple screens simultaneously whilst typing accurately and timely?
Are you able to commit to 7 day rotation roster Monday –Sunday 3pm-11pm?
Are you are quick learner who can embrace feedback?
Casual role with the opportunity for a permanent role based on performance.
Initial training and induction (Monday- Friday 9-5pm for 2 weeks + on floor training for another 4 weeks of day shift), ability to attend training is essential
Noble Park Location with free all day parking on site.
Key Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional levels of customer service
Excellent time management and organisational skills
An ability to deal with a wide and varied range of customers
Acting as first point of contact for customers
Ability to self-manage and work within a close knit team
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills and a bright, positive nature
Impeccable data integrity and attention to detail
Navigate computer software quickly and accurately, completing multiple tasks under pressure
Consistently achieve results and follow established processes and procedures
Composed and calm in pressure situations, tolerating stress well
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and conduct at all times
A team player who is supportive and considerate of others
Previous call centre experience is highly desirable
