About the role
Fantastic opportunity for two enthusiastic, positive and proactive individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding and professional Learn to Swim and Aquatic Programs to join our amazing Aquatic Services Team.
Working at one of our well-known and iconic Aquatic Centre, you will assist the Learn to Swim Supervisor in the planning, delivery and evaluation of all swim education programs. You will oversee all swimming programs, ensuring efficient and effective operations with a high level of customer service to the Centre’s users.

This is a permanent part time role (20 hrs/week)
Salary
$31,780 p.a. – $35,998 p.a. (Based on 20 hours per week) + Super
To be eligible to apply, applicants must possess the following:
1. Austswim instructors Certificate or equivalent.
2. Senior First-Aid including Current Resuscitation Certificate.
3. Experience in instructing all levels/age groups of Learn to Swim (LTS).
4. Experience in the supervision of LTS programs on deck.
5. Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to lead a team and solve problems quickly and constructively.
7. Sound computer and administration skills.
8. Supervisory Experience.
9. Knowledge and understanding with a commitment to implement EEO & WH&S principles.
10. Green Coaching Licence, Austswim extension courses or a willingness to obtain them
