Dynamic Administration Officer for Leading Consultancy Parkwood, Gold Coast QLD | $25 – $30 per hour
About Us: Morse Building Consultancy, a premier provider of technical reports with over 33 years of industry expertise, is seeking a dedicated and savvy Administration Officer. This full-time role, based in our Parkwood office, offers a dynamic environment where you will be an integral part of our growing team.

As our Administration Officer, you will:
• Manage reception and switchboard operations, ensuring smooth communication flow.
• Issue and receive standard forms, manage internal information, and handle mail distribution.
• Greet visitors, providing general advice and information on our products and services.
• Perform document management tasks, including filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
• Oversee invoices, orders, and store requisitions, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle copywriting and proofreading tasks with precision.
• Maintain paper records for new job requests and related correspondence.
• Utilize computer software for creating files, records, and informational graphics.
• Attend meetings and functions as needed, representing the administration team.
We are looking for someone with:
• Prior experience in office administration.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with office equipment like printers and scanners.
• A responsible and accountable approach to work.
• Effective time management skills.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work well with colleagues.
• Availability for limited work-related travel.
