Job Description
Assett Group Services is a leader in the provision of asset maintenance services, specialising in the social housing sector. We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Works Coordination team in our new premises located in Macquarie Park. This is a full-time permanent, on-site position.
To be successful in this role you will require:
* Excellent time management skills
* High level of computer literacy and ability to accurately maintain data
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to problem solve, manage deadlines and outstanding attention to detail
* Excellent phone customer service skills
* Good written and oral communication skills
* A willingness to learn is essential
Your duties will include:
* Data entry
* General office administration
* Administration support to trade staff and subcontractors
* Liaising with our clients and sub-contractors
