Job Description

- Flexible hours – 3-5 days
- $60-70k plus super

Position

Responsibilities
- Primary task – Production and compilation of Word based documents and reports to high standards. This requires attention to detail in formatting and presentation, and the ability to prioritise a high volume workload to meet deadlines
- Provide general administration assistance to 15+ team
- Diary, meeting room and email management
- Assisting with tender submissions and reports
- Management of filing & archiving
- Database management
Experience
- Minimum two years experience in administration role or similar
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and a proven focus on quality output
- Advanced MS Office particularly Word (essential)
- Adobe Suite – InDesign and Photoshop (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum typing speed 65wpm with high accuracy
- Flexible and adaptive approach
- Confident, professional and friendly personality
- Communicative style and ability to respond to various work methods
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
