ABOUT THE ROLE
The People and Safety Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative services to facilitate the efficient delivery of the unit services.
You will have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support and customer services to high standards to a range of internal and external stakeholders within required timeframes. You take initiative to get results and have a mature and professional approach when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
You will be customer focused and have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to assist with administrative, customer service and other team activities through the use of a range of communication channels such as face-to-face, phone, email, internet and other electronic media.
You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and industry experience.
2. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
This position offers a base salary range of $70,254.00 – $77,546.00 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
