Delivery Lead – Evolve23 Project

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Head of Technology, you will lead a highly skilled technology team to deliver core Evolve23 project objectives, by.

• Managing team activity prioritisation and scope to achieve project targets and/or SLAs
• Form effective working relationships with management, internal staff, and third parties as required
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement them
• Actively practice agile principles to improve sustainable delivery cycles
• Evaluation of business requests, system requirements and specifications to produce accurate delivery estimates
• Proactive communication of progress, issues, and expectation management
• Adherence to quality standards such as: architectural frameworks, design standards, code standards, software configuration management practices, testing standards, auditability, and operational acceptance

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
• 7+ years Technology experience
• 3+ years in leading development and / or support teams
• Experience in managing technologies, associated risks and working in partnership with consultants

• Experience in resource allocation, managing priorities, and managing different skills within a team
• Detailed understanding of all stages of SDLC and the ITIL framework
• Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent social and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
