CASUAL TEAM MEMBER PROPERTY SERVICES – EASTERN SUBURBS SYDNEY
$35.00 Per hour

We are a small Property Services Company, due to increased workloads we are seeking the services of a casual team member, initially for two to three mornings a week, actual days can be negotiated, to assist with Building Management duties.

The hours are 7am to 11am Monday to Friday with the apartment complex located in Paddington.

We provide a variety of services to our clients’ primarily in the areas of Building Management (Strata and privately owned apartment complexes), Commercial office cleaning, cleaning services to Real Estate Agencies/Air BNB and private domestic cleaning.

This position will require the applicant to deal with a variety of people including tradesman, owners, tenants, clients, and other staff members. This position is “Hands-On” and good Handyman skills would be an advantage as there will be minor maintenance tasks, including painting and high-pressure cleaning to be done, also occasionally accessing the roof areas to assess gutters and skylights.

The duties are varied ranging from simply sweeping a path to overseeing a project.

The main criteria for this position is that you are active, possess good communication skills both written and verbal, have high attention to detail, be proactive with a “can-do” attitude and be prepared to go that one step further to provide our clients with exceptional service.

Your own transport is essential for this role.

There will be a probation period of three months.
