Job Description
We are seeking someone who finds supporting our team of Accountants to finalise and present their work to clients efficiently & effectively both satisfying and part of their nature. Client focused. A list maker. Fast & efficient are the keys for you be a successful candidate for this role. We are looking for that special person who enjoys working closely with a small team of 12. Must be a team player as this is not your average quiet Accounting office.
Duties include but not limited to:
• General reception duties
• Manage phone calls and correspondence
• Schedule appointments
• Monitor our general email inbox
• Data Entry for multiple platforms
• Data base mail outs (CRM)
• Invoicing through MYOB
• Assist Team Members
• Company Secretarial
• Attending to client correspondence
To be successful in this position you must:
• Have prior secretarial and administrative experience in a professional services firm is a prerequisite. An Accounting firm would be an advantage.
• A love of baking will win the team over pretty quickly
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in a timely manner.
• Be efficient and meet deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure, especially around Tax time.
• Have well developed oral and written skills.
• Demonstrate reasonably quick and accurate typing skills.
• Have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, MYOB, PDF Docs, Excel, Infusionsoft would be an amazing advantage!!
• Be motivated to continue and improve office efficiency, demonstrating both initiative and flexibility.
• Work well within a team environment.
