Baker FM is looking for someone experienced in construction or facility management to join our team on a part-time basis, very flexible, opportunity to go full time for right candidate.
There is opportunity for the right person to get some equity. Great for someone who wants flexibility, part-time and wants to maybe even get an opportunity for equity or to invest. We are very open.
Role Overview: As a Facility Manager at BFM, you’ll be a key player in managing residential facilities, overseeing trades and services, and ensuring compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and coordinate trades and services for residential facilities.
Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with maintenance/project coordinators for efficient task execution.
Communicate effectively with clients, service providers, team members, and residents/occupants.
Attend scheduled Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings as needed.
