Warm Calling, Customer Service.
MonDial Telephone Fundraising, North Sydney.
$28-$33 per hour + flexible start and finish times.
Casual positions with minimum 25 hour working week.

Description
We’re actively recruiting intelligent and caring people to join us and make a difference. You’ll be speaking to like minded passionate supporters about causes that matter most to them. Conversations can be simple, challenging and rewarding. Fundraising and receiving donations is focus of the role but cultivating trusting relationships with supporters and providing the best representation of the charity is most important.

Your responsibilities would include
• Providing quality customer service over the phone to donors who support our charities we work with.
• Representing charities and advocating for the humanitarian/environmental causes they work towards.
• Provide multiple specialised services to donors for a range of charities over the phone.
• Using our Contact Centre solution to make calls and accurately manage data for our charities.
• Working effectively and part of a team in a contact center environment.
• Achieving customer service KPI’s around productivity and quality.

To be successful in this role
• A genuine desire to help those in need.
• An interest in philanthropy and charity work.
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone to diverse communities of donors.
• Demonstrates resilience in handling objections and problem solving whilst communicating with donors and colleagues.
• Previous customer service experience is desired.
• Openness to continually learn and develop.
• Ability to adhere to process when capturing information.

We now have vacancies for permanent, full time, part time and casual hours, with a minimum requirement of a 25 hour work week.
