What’s on offerWe have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our iCare RPO team. Taking ownership of projects based recruitment, you will be responsible for managing roles across the organisation with a key focus on insurance based roles as well as specialised roles and corporate services.

In this fast paced role you will be supported by a Sourcing Specialist, and partner to manage stakeholder relationships and provide expert recruitment advice to the business to lead positive outcomes. Your influencing skills will drive your client relationships as you build and support workforce planning initiatives.

You will work with a supportive and collaborative team, be able to work independently but also leverage each others strengths.

This will be a 12 month fixed term contract, with potential to extend.

About youYou will be an experienced talent acquisition professional, with demonstrated understanding recruiting across busy dynamic organisations as you manage the recruitment lifecycle. You will bring with you your diverse experience recruiting across various verticals and job families, ideally within the projects space.

You will:

• Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative
• Have a strong consultative nature and customer centric approach
• Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
• Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience

You will be a mature and professional individual, be organised and methodical in your approach and understand project / bulk recruitment methodologies.
