We are currently seeking Service Coordinators for our Independent Living Retirement Villages in Brighton Vic.

The successful candidate will be committed, reliable and honest. In this role, you will provide onsite assistance to the Residents. Service Coordinator shifts will be nightly sleepover shifts (5pm-10pm sleepover 7am-9am) and may involve some weekends shifts on a casual basis.

With a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will have proven experience in dealing with the elderly along with the ability to attend emergency call-outs from residences with a professional and positive approach to ensure that all residents’ needs are met in accordance with our standards.

Key responsibilities:

– Professional delivery of meals and beverages to residents
– Maintain cleaning standards of common areas

To be successful it would be desirable if you have:
– Demonstrated experience in a similar role
– Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (essential or willing to obtain)
– CPR Certificate (essential or willing to obtain)
– Experience in Hospitality/ food service
– Barista
– Fully vaccinated
– Current police check
– Understanding of OH&S requirements
