About Us:
We are a family owned self storage business located in the Tweed Heads area currently seeking an active couple to live on site and manage facility. (would suit retired couple)

The role
We are looking for a self motivated couple with a strong work ethic, who value integrity and customer service to manage all aspects of the day to day operations of a Self Storage facility. The successful candidates must live on-site in one bedroom unit accommodation provided. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturdays 8 am to 1pm.

Responsibilities include:
*selling self storage space
*selling packaging supplies
*processing payment
*arrears managment
*assisting customers when required
*cleaning and minor property maintenance
*opening and closing facility gates

Skills and Experience:
*ability to deliver excellent customer service skills
*sales experience and skill
*strong computer skills
*good written and verbal communication skills
*confident telephone communication skills
*drivers licence and own car
*ability to work independently

Full training will be provided.
Start date mid October
Salary package includes accommodation, utilities, internet, mobile phone, and off street parking.
