Permanent Part-Time Receptionist required for small, inner city accounting practice. Duties include answering phone, making appointments, recording all incoming and outgoing mail, emails and other correspondence, invoicing/receipting, lodging Business Activity Statements & tax returns and general office duties.
The successful applicant must be professional, organised, be a team player and have attention to detail.
Hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, July to October with a minimum of 20 hours per week thereafter.
Previous experience is desirable but not required however good keyboard and computer skills are necessary. Award wages apply.
