Talkingminds are a busy allied health practice located in Ultimo, Sydney with a focus on mental health and psychological service provision. Celebrating 12 years of service, our growing team requires additional reception and administrative support.
We are seeking a casual receptionist/administration assistant to join our team 1-2 days per week, or as required (additional shifts are likely, and the ability to work at late notice, if needed, desirable). Would best suit a candidate local to the area or within a reasonable geographical distance.
Ideally, candidates will have prior receptionist/administration experience (within a health or allied health setting is a bonus). You will be responsible for staffing our busy reception desk, responding to client enquiries, scheduling client appointments and client payment processing. Other administrative tasks, including managing the waiting area and overseeing the use of our practice consultation rooms are also core tasks as well as stock inventory. From time to time you’ll be asked to assist with practice projects and marketing initiatives.

On the job training is provided, however you’ll need good computer literacy and the ability to learn quickly (and to master our online client management system).
