Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reception duties
Impeccable customer service – meeting and greeting customers and clients
Processing candidate registration paperwork
Arranging couriers, deliveries and mail
Word processing and scanning
Record keeping and filing
General administrative duties
Using a multi-line phone system
Maintaining company kitchen and stationery supplies

To be successful in this role you will:
Be highly organised with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Preferably have experience operating a multi-line phone system
Comfortable in a fast paced reception environment
Have intermediate skills using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Have a passion for reception
Have an excellent phone manner
Be well organised and the ability to multitask
Forward thinking and innovative
