Job Description

Well established engineering company in Western Sydney seeks skilled and proactive administrator to work alongside production and office staff. Work days are negotiable – full time or part-time.

Duties include:

– Material/supplies procurement

– Create jobs for production

– Prepare quotes as directed

– Liaise with customers and suppliers

– Data analysis

– General customer service/communications

– Assist office staff

Candidates must possess:

– SAP/ERP or similar system knowledge/experience

– Excellent phone manner/written and communicative skills

– Ability to multitask and prioritise

– Strong computer skills – particularly in Microsoft Office Suite

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– A strong work ethic; punctual and reliable

– Ability to report to several managers
