We are located in our purposed built Information Technology retail and technical facility in Osborne Park, Western Australia.

We are looking for the right mature aged customer service focused personal computer service technician and help desk specialist, to join our happy family of Information Technology specialists, we are not looking for just another employee.

The role will include but not limited to:
Outstanding interpersonal communications skills.
Call centre experience would be an asset but not necessary.
Capable of working with our team 15 mature Information Technology specialists.
Hardware troubleshooting and basic hand technical skills will be highly desirable but not mandatory.
Microsoft Windows compatible computer troubleshooting and repair.
Microsoft Operation Systems and applications.
Hardware faulty finding and diagnosis.
Remote support and PC application troubleshooting.
General help desk and Personal computer assistance and remote assistance.
Customer face to face computer assistance and remote assistance.
Working with other team members and sub contractors to reach a satisfactory solution for our customers.
Basic networking support and troubleshooting.
Position can be full time or part time based on the capability and skills of the applicant, flexible working hours are the normal employment arrangements at Tang Technology.
Training and support from other mature PC service Technicians and Helpdesk specialists.
Mobile device skills Apple, Android, Microsoft highly desirable but not mandatory.
We know that mature aged employees are able to learn and focus many times faster than younger employees and hence one to one training is the normal procedure at Tang Technology
Tang Technology has an extremely flat and customer focused management structure we are not driven by a dollar value measurement scale, we manage but customer satisfaction, outcome, referral business and maintaining our outstanding “Can Do” reputation.
The salary is negotiable for the right candidate from $ 40000 to $ 60000, the position is negotiable as a part time or full time position for the right candidate.
