Job Description

Established in 2013, Red Telecom provides a range of highly competitive telecommunications services including call plans, mobile, broad band, data technologies and office phone systems for small to medium businesses.

Red Telecom is seeking to leverage off its existing successful platform by establish a highly productive on road sales team to assist in achieving the company’s overall growth objectives.

Initially, all suitable candidates will be engaged on an attractive “Commission Only” basis with a select number offered supervisory positions (salary plus bonuses) within 3 to 6 months.

The ideal candidate should possess:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Demonstrated successes in a face to face on road sales environment and / or a willingness to be mentored by a highly experienced and successful Business Owner.

 Self-motivation, positive attitude and resilient personal characteristics.

 A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 Excellent negotiation skills.

 Entrepreneurial deal making skills.

 A suitable motor vehicle.
