Recently acquired by global agency network Project WorldWide, we are seeking an energetic, motivated organiser extraordinaire to join our team.
This is a key role combining office management, executive assistant and reception tasks for an office of 35 people. As the first person our clients see when they arrive at the office, you will have a bright, professional and welcoming personality with a can-do attitude, providing an outstanding experience for guests.
The agency culture is highly collaborative and supportive, so you’re not joining to be the office work horse but a pivotal member of a friendly team!
You’ll work with the Commercial Manager to manage key office services and supplies to ensure the business operates as a well-oiled machine. In addition, you’ll provide a key role supporting the Managing Director in an executive assistant capacity.
This will be a fast-paced and highly varied role where no two days are the same. It will require outstanding communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint, and have a love of researching and digging deeper to find answers to interesting questions. You will be proven at supporting senior professionals and most likely bring an agency or professional service background. It is your exceptional administrative skills, collaborative approach, ‘can-do’ attitude and work ethic which will ensure success and a smooth transition into this role.
The role is based in Melbourne and the salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
