The Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC), a member-based not-for-profit industry council and recent certified social enterprise, is searching for a dynamic Learning Consultant to join our Industry Engagement Team. What you will be responsible for:

Working closely with our Learning and Development Manager, this role will manage the design, development and evaluation of learning programs and processes. Your focus will be to support the organisation in the creation and design of online learning content and curriculum, map out training plans, provide general L&D advice and support platform administration. For the right candidate, there are also opportunities for presenting webinars, managing programs of learning, and facilitating sessions. This is a permanent part-time role (24 hours per week).

What success looks like:
Leading regular learning needs analysis and continually updating the curriculum and learning modules to support evolving industry needs.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand content and extract requirements for learning & marketing content.
Designing and building digital learning resources using a range of authoring & publishing tools, specifically Articulate 360, Moodle and Arlo.
Developing online learning content that is scalable and reusable that supports learners anywhere, anytime, anyway
Providing support in the development of go to market packages for learning programs.
Oversee and assisting with both online and in person events where required.
Maintaining quality assurance of training programs and materials in accordance with ISC technical content and design requirements

What you need to be successful:
Be a Team player skilled in stakeholder engagement to extract requirements and elicit understanding of technical content.
Experience in developing learning content.
Ability to apply adult learning theory and instructional design principles in the development of learning & engagement resources.
Comfortable with technology. There is a customer support and training aspect to this role. You must be very comfortable running Zoom/Team meetings, screen sharing, engaging with customers/members.

Great if you have…
Understanding of and appreciation for the critical importance of ensuring all infrastructure delivers social, cultural, environmental, and economic benefits.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Moodle) is highly desirable.
Qualification or relevant experience in Education or corporate learning.
