Job Description
This is an opportunity to join the largest independent Owners Corporation (O.C.) service provider in Victoria, for anyone with a keen interest in real estate.
The O.C. manager is a full-time position.
This position demands attention to detail, highly proficient computer ability, budget management, exceptional time management and communication skills, excellent people skills and persistence.
Although preference will be given to people with relevant experience, it is not essential. Training is provided if an applicant meets the key requirements for OC manager, but not had the experience.
A current driver’s licence is mandatory, and Full COVID-19 immunisation.
Salary is $65,000 per year plus super.
Time in lieu is also given for any after hours meetings.
