Part-Time Facilities Administration Officer – Part time

We are now looking for a Facilities Administration Officer to join our Shared Support Services. This role will be responsible for delivering facilities and administration support in our Melbourne office and remote facilities support for at other sites in VIC, SA and WA to ensure we have safe and well-maintained office working environments.
This role would be perfect for someone who is seeking flexibility in their life as the role is 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities include…
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and contractors
Ensure office amenities, meeting rooms and facilities are welcoming and coordinate waste management inspections with cleaners and building managers
Assist with coordination of scheduled maintenance of equipment and services
Raise work/purchase orders and process invoices as required
Monitoring and maintaining staff amenities including kitchens, fridges, sanitizer stations, first aid room to ensure adequate stock levels (tea, coffee, milk, cleaning products) and cleanliness
Assist Property and Work Health & Safety Manager to maintain WHS protocols within offices
What we are looking for?
Extensive experience in providing facilities and/or office administration support within an organisation.
Flexibility to work additional hours if required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time and manage unplanned tasks at short notice
A high level of accuracy and a strong eye for detail
Competent in MS Office suite of products
Knowledge in SAP Concur will be advantageous but not essential
