Job Description

Ivison Constructions Pty Ltd is looking for a Carpenter / Builder / Tradesperson / Estimator / Office All Rounder that is experienced in home new builds / additions / extensions, who is looking to have a change in career.

Experience:
• Building home additions
• Calculating the materials/labour for jobs
• Builder or Carpentry trade background (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
• Familiar with Estimating Software and Microsoft 365 suite

Your Responsibilities:

• Quantifying / Pricing jobs
• Detailing jobs
• Producing Purchase orders
• Updating / Maintaining material and labour pricing
• Quantifying / Pricing variations
• PC Item extra’s / Deductions
• Follow up supplier and sub-contractor price lists
• Obtain and follow up third party quotes
• Using estimating software. Training can be provided

Ivison Constructions are not limited to any particular form of construction but we do have a particular expertise in high end residential construction, as all the key personnel within the company are commonly experienced mainly in this area. Ivison Constructions has gained a reputation for building exclusive custom built homes and renovations within the eastern suburbs, especially due to the high quality finish and attention to detail that we carry out.

The majority of the works that are undertaken by Ivison Constructions is either repeat work for previous clients or architects that have been worked with on previous projects.

Ivison Constructions are based in Taren Point with the majority of projects undertaken being in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
