Job Description

Are you a mature minded person who loves to chat, having life experience and knowing how to talk to people from all walks of life is what we want and also high on our list of priorities

Mount Waverley location
Hours 3-8pm Monday to Thursday (3 or 4 shifts per week)

Contacting inbound enquiries and outbound to existing customers
Relationship building
Identifying needs and scheduling appointments
Offering additional products and services to existing customers
Heaps of Personality and Confidence
Previous Contact Centre experience is desirable
Competitive candidates with drive and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills and command of English language
Self motivated, disciplined and motivated by a challenge
Must have telephone experience
Must be computer literate: be organised and have a great attitude
Available for immediate start

If you enjoy a chat and have a mature outlook this could be for you. Successful candidates will be given 4 weeks trial and if they are successful will be offered a permanent part time position
