As a Customer Contact Representative within Colonial First State, you will provide outstanding service to our customers over the phone, as they build a superannuation nest egg to use as income when they reach retirement.

What will you bring to the role?
We’re seeking passionate customer advocates that are driven to help people prepare for their future. You’ll have demonstrated experience in customer service, and enjoy working in a busy, results driven environment. You may have also worked in a contact centre or financial services environment previously (although not essential), and are comfortable working to targets/goals.
Communication is one of your strengths, and you are able to listen actively and ask the right questions as you support our customers. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task will also help you succeed.

Our Contact Centre is a key part of our Colonial First State engine room. You’ll spend your day taking inbound calls from both internal and external customers, advisers, employers and third parties.
We’re a call centre, so you’ll be taking 80-100 calls per day, but we’ll provide you with all the training and support you’ll need to be successful.
You will convey accurate information and help educate them about our products. In addition, you’ll reliably maintain and update accounts and action any requested transactions in a meticulous manner.
Based on our customer’s needs, you’ll also actively identify opportunities to promote additional products, features and services to our customers. We are here to help and ensure a seamless customer experience on each and every call.
Shift details and requirements
• 5 day rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm
• Commencing on Monday 15th May 2017
