Then join us in our busy call centre and help us deliver excellent service to our many customers.
This varied role will see you attending to general customer queries over the phone, which can be both simple and challenging. You will be processing orders and resolving customer enquiries and complaints. By building trusting relationships with customers you will educate customers on our home furnishing solutions.
We provide 4 weeks of full time, detailed training and induction program to ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to do the role, with the support from a wider co-worker and leadership team as you learn and grow into your full potential.
These roles are permanent, full time and part time (60 hours per fortnight). To meet the needs of our customers, the roles will require you to be available to work varied shifts. Your roster is prepared 4 weeks in advance which supports you in being able to plan your life outside of work. Our base pay rate $24.93, with attractive penalty rates.
