Mk3 Pty Ltd has a position available for a full time permanent Claims Co-ordinator in a busy environment.
This position is to provide support to their Assessor, managing appointments, dictations and written reporting, following up trades, suppliers and other third parties, liaising with Insureds, ensuring at all times, a professional and caring customer service ethic, along with ensuring SLA’s and compliance requirements are met.
Extensive training in the understanding and application of insurance policy coverage will be provided.
What you will do everyday;
Provide strong proactive administrative support to your Assessor,
Field, direct and manage phone calls,
Prepare succinct written reports in conjunction with your Assessor,
Accurately manage database records,
Managed follow up of all third parties,
Compliance with relevant laws, standards and regulations, including internal policies,
What you need to have;
Strong customer service skills,
Strong office knowledge skills,
Ability to prioritise effectively,
Team player and the ability to work autonomously when required,
Competent Microsoft computer skills.
