Job Description

Think Water Hastings is a locally owned and operated specialist water solutions business delivering system design, product supply, installation, servicing and expert advice for residential, commercial and agricultural customers. Based at our showroom in Hastings, our team assists with irrigation, pumping, filtration, water treatment, hoses, fittings, valves and pipes, fire protection systems, rainwater harvesting and storage, stock watering, solar pumping solutions, swimming pool and spa maintenance and ponds and water features. As part of the Think Water network, the group is committed to providing solutions towards the rapidly changing landscape of water management throughout Australasia.
The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to support the friendly team in delivering superior customer service in the sale of Think Water products and services. You will assist customers in store and over the telephone with technical enquires and identify solutions that will meet their requirements. You will also contribute to the day-to-day operations of the business, management of stock and the scheduling and coordination of equipment and machinery repairs.
For the right candidate, there will be up to 30 hours per week available subject to customer needs and seasonal requirements with above-award rates and great working conditions.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have worked within the irrigation sector having some practical working knowledge of irrigation systems and pumps. You will also have the ability to proactively diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions. Importantly, you will prefer working as part of a team and have a proven track record as an effective team player. You will also be passionate and committed to the delivery of superior customer service. Driver’s licence is mandatory.
