Greater Sydney Carer Positions (Casual)

Reliant Health Care Pty Ltd is proudly Accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), and services NDIS Participants, Home Care Package recipients and Private clients of all ages with expectations of the highest quality in Case Management and Care staff.

We are looking for experienced Carers to work with our clients around the Greater Sydney area. The successful candidates will need to either live or be able to reasonably travel to these locations for rostered shifts (a licence and motor vehicle would be desirable).

The successful Carers will be outgoing and compassionate to provide a high quality of care delivered by commitment and dedication.

Your responsibilities may include:

Understand and implement the Care Plan
Domestic duties include preparing meals, housekeeping and ensuring a safe environment for our clients
Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene and medication assistance
Connecting with clients and families and delivering a high quality of personalised care and companion care, building strong relationships with our clients

Your requirements:

Great communication skills – both verbal and written
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent experience in a similar role
Have a current Police Check and Working with Children Check – Essential
Smart mobile phone
NDIS Worker Check or willing to apply for – Essential
Drivers licence & Motor Vehicle – Desirable
