Job Description

We have an exciting 12month contract opportunity for a Business Development Specialist to join RACV within our Motoring & Mobility team. This position will report directly into the Business Sales Manager and will work closely with our Auto Services, Marketing, Salary Solutions and RACV Finance teams.

Working with RACV’s existing and new Business customers you will be offering the best warranty solutions to increase our Business Partners’ vehicle sales. You will also be required to research relevant targets to maintain the sales pipeline as well as continuously develop and review strategic sales plans.

To be successful in this role, it is essential you have 5 years auto industry experience in a sales capacity. A good understanding of salary packaging will be advantageous. Your ability to build and sustain relationships with customers on all levels, and converting these actions into sales will see you exceeding your sales targets.

This role requires the ability to travel throughout regional Victoria as required and a fully maintained vehicle is provided to the successful candidate.
