Grampians Area Mental Health Services is currently seeking motivated administrators to join our (ASO) team on a casual ongoing basis, working from our Ararat & Horsham Offices.
The (ASO) will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude who will provide front of house reception and administration services.
The successful candidates will ideally have 1years administration experience, or willingness to learn, coupled with outstanding customer service skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly disposition whilst supporting multidisciplinary teams.
You will have proven experience in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Your role will include (but is not limited to) screening and attending to a broad range of internal and external confidential and sensitive enquiries to ensure that appropriate and timely follow up action is taken; data entry; maintaining and updating office and information management systems and procedures and typing of doctors letters.
You will be flexible in adapting to change as per service needs. In addition, you will be comfortable learning new systems and be well organised with the ability to determine competing priorities to meet timelines.
Experience working in a mental health or medical health setting would be desirable but not essential.
