Job Description

Northern Gold Coast expanding accounting firm seeking a full time receptionist to join our firm. Based on the front desk you will be constantly busy in this varied role. Organisational skills & attention to detail are a must!

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Practice Manager; Director

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception, mail, couriers, banking,greeting clients and filing
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Other tasks as directed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or relevant experience
Current drivers licence

Experience:

3 years previous experience in a similar role/industry

Skills:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Ability to process business correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high level of accuracy
Thorough understanding of office administration
Time management skills
Knowledge of MYOB, Quickbooks, and/or Xero software

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

Complete administration tasks on time
Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times
Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times
Assist staff with tasks as required
