About us

Xtend Outdoors is a long established and highly respected supplier of Annexes and accessories to the caravan and motor home industry. We are embarking on an exciting new phase in our history and are currently seeking motivated team members who share our values of trust, teamwork and providing great customer service to be part of this journey.

The opportunity

Due to ongoing high demand within the Caravan and RV industry, we are now adding to our staffing to increase our service and support our retail customers at the Caravan Shows and Trade Fairs across Australia.

This is a busy and important role within our external sales team and has the following responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers with product selection by interpreting their requirements and providing the appropriate product solution.
2. Demonstrate the features and functions of our products including awnings, Annexes and other accessories.
3. Prepare and submit quotes to customers.
4. Serving “walk-in” clients face to face
5. Help with maintaining show display to be tidy and attractive.
6. Generate sales orders

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

1. Previous Internal Sales experience (trade and/or retail)
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Ability to interpret customers needs and requests to determine the right product.
4. A relaxed but professional presentation style.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Outgoing and friendly personality.
7. Accountable and honest.
8. Proven problem-solving skills.
9. Enthusiastic can-do attitude with a passion to learn new things.
10. Product knowledge – camper trailer and caravan (highly desirable)
