We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team on a contract basis.

Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant at SJA Consultants, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients’ sales and business growth. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads using various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.

Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, presenting our services as valuable solutions that address their pain points.

Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and competitive advantage to clients.

Qualifications:

10+ years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B & B2C environment.

Customer service background

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively.

Highly proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Familiarity with small business industries is a plus.

Must have own ABN and be proficient in a subcontractor environment

Contract Details:

This position is on a subcontractor contract basis, WORK FROM HOME with flexible working arrangements within business hours.

This position is ideally suited for experienced professionals of mature age seeking remote work opportunities.

Considerable hourly rate for the right candidate and will be based on performance and agreed-upon terms.

Minimum project – 3 months, 20 hours a month. Numerous project offerings are available over time.
