We are searching for an experienced and passionate Employment Consultant for our Hobart office. A person centred approach is a must in this role as you work alongside other like-minded team members to ensure that our participants receive the best possible support to find and maintain employment. This role requires high level organisation and time-management skills to balance the competing demands of managing a caseload as well as engaging with relevant stakeholders including parent groups, schools, employers and other community service providers
* A genuine, demonstrated commitment to working with people with a disability to achieve greater social inclusion
* Ability to manage a caseload
* Advanced communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
* Effective and positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
* Qualifications in Community Services, Disability Services, Social & Behavioural Sciences or similar will be highly regarded
