Full Time Business Development Manager
Easy Trades Australia is an award-winning strata painting and remedial repair specialist and are looking for a friendly, energetic and client-focused person who’s willing to go the extra mile for our clients. Main responsibilities for this role include:
• Managing a large existing client base
• Developing new business within our target market
• Following up on open quotes to improve conversion rates
• Identifying and participating in tender opportunities
• Opening and closing new opportunities, working closely with the
General Manager and Sales Director
You will possess:
• Business development and account management experience (essential).
• Strata industry or similar work experience and contacts
• Good communication and writing skills
• The ability to work autonomously
• A flexible and can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
We’re looking for a candidate who can maintain and build on existing client relationships, and develop new contacts within the strata management industry.

Package includes base salary + super + car allowance + phone + commission.
