A unique opportunity exists for a part time Administration Assistant to assist with general office and reception duties around the state office, and become a part of a vibrant working environment. The part time role is 4 days per week with flexibility to work additional hours when required. This role would ideally be suited to someone looking for true work life balance in a friendly office environment.
The key responsibilities will include:
• General Mailroom administration duties
• Basic computer skills
• Relief reception support
• Provide administration support to various Divisions
• Serve food and beverages to meeting rooms as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail
• A positive attitude
