  • $60-70k plus super

Position

  • 12 month contract

Responsibilities

  • Primary task – Production and compilation of Word based documents and reports to high standards. This requires attention to detail in formatting and presentation, and the ability to prioritise a high volume workload to meet deadlines
  • Provide general administration assistance to 15+ team
  • Diary, meeting room and email management
  • Assisting with tender submissions and reports
  • Management of filing & archiving
  • Database management

Experience

  • Minimum two years experience in administration role or similar
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and a proven focus on quality output
  • Advanced MS Office particularly Word (essential)
  • Adobe Suite – InDesign and Photoshop (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum typing speed 65wpm with high accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptive approach
  • Confident, professional and friendly personality
  • Communicative style and ability to respond to various work methods
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
